Crushers Jaw • Impact • Cone	5 tracked, remote-controlled crushers: 1 jaw, 2 primary impactors, 2 secondary impactors. All fitted with magnets. Handle hard, abrasive and heavily reinforced material, well-graded cubical product in a single pass and finer, more uniform sizing. Capable of processing concrete, brick, rock, gravel, sandstone, asphalt, tile and municipal waste to a range of output sizes.
Screens Trommel • Vibrating	Tracked screens split material into multiple size fractions, suited to soil, sand and crushed aggregate.
Conveyors Stockpile Conveyors	Various sizes, moving processed material straight into stockpiles to keep production going.

How We Process — From Stockpile To Product

Every project has different material, site conditions and production requirements. We build the process around those variables.

Material, volume, access and working area set the crusher and screen combination.

Excavators and pulverisers pre-sort and break down oversize concrete and embedded steel.

The selected plant crushes and screens on site, run by experienced operators.

04 CONTROL OUTPUT

Crush or screen grade to required sizes, magnets remove ferrous contaminants, operators monitor quality to spec. Aggregates & products produced for beneficial reuse.

Glass Crushing

Davis has glass crushers for hire to recycle glass. Our large mobile Glass crushers can turn glass panels and industrial glass waste into a recycled glass material. We are able to process this dense, heavy waste material into an infinitely recyclable to be used again.
